75 Setting up your TV Selecting the PIN code Using the Dolby® Digital Dynamic Range Control feature You can further compress Dolby® Digital dynamic range, allowing you to switch from digital to analog broadcasts at the same dynamic range. To use the Dolby® Digital Dynamic Range Control: 1 Press the MENU button and open the Sound menu. 2 Highlight Dynamic Range Control, and then press the ENTER button. 3 Press the ▲/▼(arrow) buttons to select On, and then press the ENTER button. v This feature is available when the TV is tuned to a digital RF channel or an HDMITM input with the Dolby® Digital signal. v The Dolby® Digital Dynamic Range Control will function in relation to Optical Output Format (PCM mode). Selecting the PIN code A PIN code is necessary for some menus. v The Parental Control and Locks menu is grayed out if no PIN has been set. Enter a new PIN code 1 Press the MENU button and open the Options menu. 2 Highlight Parental PIN Setup, and then press the ENTER button. 3 Use the number buttons to enter a 4-digit number. Confirm the code. Forgotten PIN code While the PIN code entering screen is displayed, press the INFO button four times within five seconds. The PIN code will be cleared and you can enter a new PIN code. Changing or deleting your PIN code 1 Press the MENU button and open the Options menu. 2 Highlight Parental PIN Setup, and then press the ENTER button. 3 Use the number button to enter a 4-digit number.

Digital Dynamic Range Control feature
You can further compress Dolby
®
Digital dynamic range, allowing
you to switch from digital to analog broadcasts at the same dynamic
range.
To use the Dolby
®
Digital Dynamic Range Control:

MENU
button and open the
Sound
menu.

Highlight
Dynamic Range Control
, and then press the
ENTER
button.

Press the ▲/▼(arrow) buttons to select
On
, and then press the
ENTER
button.

This feature is available when the TV is tuned to a digital RF
channel or an HDMI

The Dolby

Digital Dynamic Range Control will function in

Selecting the PIN code
A PIN code is necessary for some menus.

Enter a new PIN code

Options
menu.

Parental PIN Setup,
and then press the
ENTER
button.

Use the number buttons to enter a 4-digit number. Confirm the code.
