4. Telnet/SSH Console continued 4.3 Network Configuration continued 4.3.3.3 SNMP Settings This menu allows the user to configure SNMP set and get settings. Menu Data Automatically Start SNMP This menu asks if when the card is started, the SNMP application should be started as well. Valid Values: • Yes Start the application. • No Do not start the application. SNMP Port If the application is to be started, then this is the port to use for SNMP set and get requests. Enable SNMP V1 This indicates if SNMPv1 should be enabled on card startup. Enable SNMP V2c This indicates if SNMPV2c should be enabled on card startup. Enable SNMP V3 This indicates if SNMPV3 should be enabled on card startup. Note: The SNMP enable flags will not change the default local users created. 4.3.3.4 FTP This menu allows the user to configure the FTP client settings. Menu Data Automatically Start FTP This menu asks if when the card is started, the FTP application should be started as well. Valid Values: • Yes Start the application. • No Do not start the application. FTP Port If the application is to be started, then this is the port to use for FTP transfers. 4.3.3.5 Remote View Access Port This menu allows the user to configure the specific port with which they will remotely access and view the SNMPWEBCARD. 80
