Manual Cooking COOKING TIME INPUT Your oven can be programmed for up to 2 hours 30 minutes depending on the cooking mode. Refer to the chart. The input unit increment varies from 5 seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the total length of time and cooking mode as shown in the table. Your oven can be programmed for temperatures from 200°F to 450°F, which can be adjusted every 25°F with an initial setting is 350°F. Use Steam Convection for cooking foods that need to retain moisture and have a crisp brown exterior. STEAM ROAST Use Steam Roast for roasting meat or poultry with superheated steam. See Steam Convection Roast Chart in the cookbook. Steam Roast can be programmed for up to 2 hours 30 minutes. Oven temperature can be set between 200°F and 450°F in 25°F increments. Operation 55 E
