Option 3 Collate Description When this option is selected, the machine automatically sorts the copies. For example, if you make 2 copies of a 3 page document, one complete 3 page document will print followed by the second complete document. If this option is not selected, the machine prints 2 copies of page 1, then 2 copies of page 2, then 2 copies of page 3 so you must sort the document yourself after printing. Watermark Tab See page 4.2 for more information about accessing printer properties. Click the Watermark tab to create a background image of text to print on each page of your document.
