Paper is jammed inside the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly 1 Open the front cover. Troubleshooting and routine maintenance 4 Put the toner cartridge back into the drum unit until you hear it lock into place. If you put it in properly, the lock lever will lift automatically. 2 Pull out the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly. 5 Put the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly back into the machine. 6 Close the front cover. 3 Hold down the lock lever on the left and pull the toner cartridge out of the drum unit. Take out the jammed paper if there is any inside the drum unit. 11 11 - 10
