Remove the four screws that secure the peripheral bay to the chassis and slide out the peripheral bay. (See Figure 3-14.) NOTE Sheet metal surfaces must be free of oil, grease, and other foreign material to ensure good adhesion of gaskets. Clean the chassis with alcohol or other fluid as necessary. 32. Locate the two short folded foam gaskets that are approximately 1 inch in length. Remove the adhesive strip covering and apply the gaskets to the bottom of the chassis as shown in Figure 3-14. 33. Reinsert the peripheral bay and secure all four screws. 33

NOTE
