Duplex Unit If a paper jam occurs inside the duplex unit, a screen similar to the one shown below appears on the touch panel display. Check the location of the paper jam, and follow the procedure described below, and the procedure that appears on the touch panel display, to remove the jammed paper. 1 2 Press the button on the left cover Remove any jammed paper. of the main unit, and open the left cover. Troubleshooting Some parts of the duplex unit are subject to high temperature. When removing jammed paper, take care not to touch anything in this unit. 11‑11
