Error Code #0839 (for the imageCLASS MF7480 only) #0852 #0995 (for the imageCLASS MF7480 only) Description The user name or password for the SMTP Authentication (SMTP AUTH) in Authentication/Encryption in E-mail/I-Fax in Network Settings in System Settings (from the Additional Functions screen) is incorrect. An error occurred because the main power switch was turned off while a job was being processed. Communication reservation is cleared. Action Check the user name and password for SMTP Authentication (SMTP AUTH) in Authentication/Encryption in E-mail/I-Fax in Network Settings in System Settings (from the Additional Functions screen). (See Chapter 6, "Network (imageCLASS MF7480/MF7470 Only)," in the Reference Guide.) Check to see if the main power switch is turned on. Try processing the job again, if necessary. If necessary, try again from the beginning. Troubleshooting 11‑27
