The range of valid values is 1-3583. By default, all Layer 2 interfaces are in access mode and belong to the VLAN ID 1. Interface configuration mode Use this command to set the Layer 2 interface as access. In access mode, the interface only allows untagged and priority tagged packets. Use the no switchport access vlan command to set the PVID to the default VLAN 1. There are no usage guidelines for this command.
