Check the separation roller and MP-tray separation roller to see if they are firmly seated and coupled with the torque limiter. Replace the separation roller and feed roller. Replace the MP-tray pickup roller and MP-tray separation roller. The secondary transfer roller is not set correctly Place the secondary-transfer-roller unit in the correct position. The secondary transfer roller is worn or deformed Replace the secondary-transfer-roller unit. Poor contact of the ITB-motor drive connector Reconnect the connectors of the ITB motor (J1710) and the DC controller PCA (J105). The ITB motor is defective Execute the ITB-motor driving test in the actuator drive mode. If the motor is defective, replace the ITB motor. The ITB does not rotate smoothly Replace the ITB unit.
