Install Windows solutions software components 10. The Connect your device now window opens. Connect the USB cable from the computer to the product. Once the USB is connected, the install continues automatically. 11. The Congratulations! Install Finished window opens. Click Exit. Express Install 1. Quit all open programs. 2. Insert the solutions software CD into the CD-ROM drive. 3. On the Select Install to begin installing your new HP device window, click Express Install. 4. On the Express USB Install window, click Express USB Install. 5. The Connect your device now window opens. Connect the USB cable from the computer to the product. Once the USB is connected, the install continues automatically. The Device has been detected window opens and displays the progress of the install. 6. The Congratulations! Install Finished window opens. Click Exit. Windows installation for computers on a network NOTE: The solutions software does not support Windows sharing (peer-to-peer networking). Recommended Install The two methods below are the recommended install: ● Easy Install ● Advanced Install Easy Install 1. Quit all open programs. 2. Insert the solutions software CD into the CD-ROM drive. 3. On the Select Install to begin installing your new HP device window, click Recommended Install. 4. The Please allow all HP Install Wizard Processes window opens. Click Next. 5. The Choose Easy Install or Advanced Install window opens.
