Password Use the Password pane to set a password for the product. Figure 2-55 HP ToolboxFX System Settings folder - Password pane Software description Network administrators can set user passwords to protect network settings. After a password is set, only users who know the password have access to certain pages within HP ToolboxFX. If the password is lost or forgotten, the factory settings must be restored and a new password must be assigned. The following HP ToolboxFX features become locked when a password is set: ● Shop for Supplies button ● HP Instant Support link ● Systems Settings folder ● Print settings folder ● Network Settings folder ● Event Log pane NOTE: Click Apply to make any changes take effect. Print Settings folder Use the Print Settings folder to change the printing defaults for the product. This folder displays the following panes: ● Printing ● PCL5 ● PostScript ENWW HP ToolboxFX 73
