1 Component Identification Features The HP ProLiant ML330 Generation 3 server provides performance, reliability, and ease of ownership with support for two Intel Xeon processors and up to 4 GB of ECC Registered PC2100 DDR SDRAM memory, all running on a 533-MHz front-side bus. Expansion support includes four 64-bit, 33-MHz PCI expansion slots. Industry standard peripheral features include a Broadcom 5702, 10/100/1000 network interface controller, keyboard/mouse/video connectors, dual USB ports, and serial interface. SCSI model servers ship with a single-channel Wide Ultra3 SCSI controller in a slot and ATA model servers ship with an integrated dual-channel ATA/100 controller with support for RAID 0, 1, and 1+0. The system has capacity for: · Five 36.4-GB non-hot-plug SCSI hard drives for a maximum of 182 GB of internal storage · Four 80-GB ATA hard drives for a maximum of 320 GB of internal storage · Two 146.8-GB hot-plug SCSI hard drives in the optional two-bay hot-plug SCSI drive cage and three 36.4-GB non-hot-plug SCSI hard drives for a maximum storage capacity of 402.8 GB of internal storage The server is rack-mountable within HP, Compaq branded, and most third-party racks, with the optional rack-enabling kit.
