For Windows NT: Action: 1. From the Windows NT desktop, click Start Æ Control Panel Æ Networks Æ Adapters. 2. Select an IBM Ethernet adapter from the list. 3. Click Properties Æ Advanced. 4. Lower the resource values that apply to the transmit queue. For Windows 2000: 0x10 Action: 1. From the Windows 2000 desktop, click Start Æ Settings Æ Control Panel Æ Network and Dial-up Connections. 2. Right-click an IBM Ethernet adapter in the list and click Properties. 3. Select a component and click Configure. 4. Click the Advanced tab and lower the resource values that apply to the transmit queue.
