You can register, edit, or delete authentication servers. To register external authentication servers, specify the following information according to the type of authentication server. When you have selected [Active Directory] Item [No.] [Name] [Server Type] [Default Domain Name] Description Registration number of the authentication server. Enter the name of your authentication server (using ASCII characters of up to 32 bytes). Displays the type of authentication server. Enter the default domain name of your authentication server (using ASCII characters of up to 64 bytes). When you have selected [NTLM] Item [No.] [Name] [Server Type] [Default Domain Name] Description Registration number of the authentication server. Enter the name of your authentication server (using ASCII characters of up to 32 bytes). Select the type of authentication server from [NTLMv1] and [NTLMv2]. [NTLMv1] is specified by default. Displays the list of external authentication servers registered on this machine. You can register, edit, or delete
authentication servers.
To register external authentication servers, specify the following information according to the type of authen-
tication server.
When you have selected [Active Directory]
When you have selected [NTLM]
When you have selected [NDS]
When you have selected [LDAP]
