Understanding the printer menus 51 Understanding the printer menus You may print a menus list by printing the menu settings and network setup pages. Access the menus from a network printer by using the Embedded Web Server. If your printer is connected by USB or parallel cable, then access the menus using the Local Printer Settings Utility for Windows or Printer Settings for Macintosh. Notes: • Tray 1 (standard tray) is the factory default setting. • From the Paper menu, set Configure MP to "Cassette" for MP Feeder to appear as a menu setting. • If two trays contain paper of the same size and type, and the trays have the same settings, then the trays are automatically linked. When one tray is empty, the print job continues using the linked tray.

You may print a menus list by printing the menu settings and network setup pages. Access the menus from a network
