Chapter 4 How to use the shutter button 1 Point the camera towards the subject. Place the AF target mark on the subject while viewing through the viewfinder. Press the shutter button gently (halfway). ● When the focus and brightness (exposure) are locked, the green lamp next to the viewfinder lights steadily. While pictures are being stored, the card access lamp blinks. ● mode: The camera starts recording a movie and the orange lamp lights. 3 ONLY for the (movie record) mode: To stop recording, press the shutter button all the way again. ● The card access lamp blinks and the camera starts storing the movie on the card.
