Internal Battery Replacement SU1500XLCD and SU2200XLCD 1a Remove the screw from the left of the front bezel. 1b Remove the front bezel. 1a 1b 2 Remove the screws that hold the metal battery compartment panel in place (in front of the battery compartment on the bottom). Remove the metal panel from the UPS. 2 3 Remove the batteries using the pull tab, and disconnect the DC connectors from the UPS. Note: Please memorize the original battery position and orientation to ensure that you install the new batteries correctly. 4 Insert the new battery set into the UPS in the same position as the original set. 5 Reconnect the DC connector (red-to-red, black-to-black). 6 Replace the metal battery compartment panel. Internal Battery Replacement

Remove the screw from the left of the front bezel.

Remove the screws that hold the metal battery compartment
panel in place (in front of the battery compartment on the
bottom). Remove the metal panel from the UPS.

Remove the batteries using the pull tab, and disconnect the
DC connectors from the UPS.
Note: Please memorize the original battery position and orientation to ensure
that you install the new batteries correctly.

Insert the new battery set into the UPS in the same position as
the original set.

Reconnect the DC connector (red-to-red, black-to-black).

Replace the metal battery compartment panel. Reinstall the
screws that hold the metal bar in place.

Reinstall the front bezel and replace the screw on the left of
the bezel to secure it to the cabinet.
