Acrobat 9 Family of Products Security Feature User Guide Figure 107 External connection warning External Content and Document Security Allowing and Blocking Specific Web Sites 148 To configure Internet resource access on a per-URL basis, add specific Web sites to the black and white lists: 1. Choose Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Acrobat (or Adobe Reader) > Preferences (Macintosh). 2. Select Trust Manager in the Categories panel. 3. Choose Change Settings in the Internet Access... panel. 4. Choose Let me specify a list of allowed and blocked web sites. 5. Configure the black and white lists: Add a URL to the URL fields and choose Allow or Block. Choose a URL already in My Web Sites panel and choose Delete. 6. Select an option from the Default behavior for web sites that are not in the above list: Always ask: You will be prompted to allow or block access for URLs not in the Trust List. Allow access: URLs not in the Trust List will always be accessible. Block access: URLs not in the Trust List will never be accessible. 7. Choose OK.
