Certificates can be emailed or saved to a file for later use. There are two ways to export a certificate:  To export a certificate from the list in the Security Settings Console, refer the following:  "Emailing Your Certificate" on page 159  "Saving Your Digital ID Certificate to a File" on page 160  To export any certificate displayed in the Certificate Viewer, choose Export on the Summary tab. 10.2.2.4 Emailing Your Certificate If you do not have an email program on your machine, save the data to a file as described in "Saving Your Digital ID Certificate to a File" on page 160 and then send the file as an attachment using your web-based email program. To email a digital ID certificate: 1. Choose Advanced (Acrobat) or Document (Adobe Reader) > Security Settings. 2. Select Digital IDs in the left-hand tree. 3. Highlight an ID in the list on the right. If you have more than one, choose the one that is appropriate for the usage context. For example, send your company-issued ID to those you do business with. 4. Choose Export. 5. Choose Email the data to someone (Figure 117). Figure 117 Digital ID: ID export options 6. Choose Next. 7. Enter the recipient's email address and any other optional information.

Before users can encrypt a document for you with certificate encryption, they must have access your
certificate.
Certificates can be emailed or saved to a file for later use. There are two ways to export a certificate:
To export a certificate from the list in the Security Settings Console, refer the following:

To export any certificate displayed in the Certificate Viewer, choose
