Draw with Relative Cartesian Coordinates Use relative Cartesian coordinates when you know the location of a point in relation to the previous point. For example, to locate a point relative to the absolute coordinates -2,1, start the next coordinates with the @ symbol. Command: line Specify first point: #-2,1 Specify next point or [Undo]: @5,3 Entering @5,3 locates the same point in this example as entering #3,4 in the previous example. NOTE Absolute coordinates are entered differently if the Dynamic Input button on the left side of the status bar is turned off. In that case, the # is not used to specify absolute coordinates. Draw with Relative Cartesian Coordinates
