7. Troubleshooting 7-2-13. Copy Log file to USB flash drive You may be asked from the technical support to get the log data of the GT-3 for troubleshooting. Insert the USB flash diver to save the log data into the file (*.zlg or *.log). (1) Insert the USB flash drive into the Slot in front of the Operation Panel. (2) Press either one of the Up / Down / Back / OK Button to enter the menu. (3) Select [ Maintenance ] > [ Log Copy to USB ] with the Up / Down Button and press the OK Button. The following message will be indicated. 16e0041Y (4) The log data is being saved to the USB flash drive while the Print Button is blinking. Wait for a while after the Print Button stops blinking and the printer bells. (5) Make a copy of the log file saved in the USB flash drive and send it to the technical service. Do not touch the USB flash drive while the Print Button is flashing; it may destroy the saved data. GT-3 Series 127

You may be asked from the technical support to get the log data of the GT-3 for troubleshooting. Insert the USB flash diver to

save the log data into the file (*.zlg or *.log).

(1) Insert the USB flash drive into the Slot in front of the Operation Panel.

(2) Press either one of the Up / Down / Back / OK Button to enter the menu.

(3) Select [ Maintenance ] > [ Log Copy to USB ] with the Up / Down Button and press the OK Button. The following message

will be indicated.

(4) The log data is being saved to the USB flash drive while the Print Button is blinking. Wait for a while after the Print Button

stops blinking and the printer bells.

(5) Make a copy of the log file saved in the USB flash drive and send it to the technical service.

<Note>

Do not touch the USB flash drive while the Print Button is flashing; it may destroy the saved data.
