In the software application, open the File menu and select Page Setup to open the Page Setup dialog box. Use this dialog box to select the paper size. After selecting the paper size, click the OK button to close the dialog box. Check the Paper Size selection. • If you want to enlarge or reduce the size of the document on the page, click on the Scale box and enter the percent of enlargement or reduction, or click the arrows to open the pop-up menu and select a setting. • If you want to rotate the document and print sideways relative to the paper feed direction, click the Orientation icon on the right.
