Scanner Problems Communication Error Occurs Check 1 DID YOU LAUNCH WAS CLOSED? IS SCAN OR IS SCAN PLUS IMMEDIATELY AFTER IT Do not attempt to launch IS Scan or IS Scan Plus again immediately after it is closed. Wait for a few seconds and then launch again. THE USB INTERFACE RUNNING UNDER Windows When using the USB interface running under Windows 98, a communication error may occur if the Hardware acceleration setting is Full.
