Problems and Solutions Make sure the printed sheets are not sticking to the surface below due to static cling Static cling between the sheet and the surface of the desk or work table could stop feeding, causing the printer to print repeatedly over the same area without advancing the paper, especially when using High Gloss Film or Back Print Film. When printing with these special media, set a sheet of plain paper in back of the printer where the sheets are ejected before starting the print job. I Screen colors and the printed colors do not match The colors on the printout are unsatisfactory. For example, on-screen blue is printed purple or deep red, or on-screen light green appears deep green or weak yellow (strong red). Light green appears deep green (weak yellow).
