Manual Focus If focusing is not possible with autofocus, you can magnify the image and focus manually. 1Set [z: Focus mode] to [MF]. zz Turn the lens focusing ring to focus roughly. 2Magnify the image. zz Each tap of [u] changes the screen, as follows. 1× → 5× → 10× (1) AE lock (2) Magnified area position (3) Magnification (approx.) (1) (2) (3) 3Determine an area to magnify. zz You can move the magnified area by scrolling with your finger after you tap. zz To center the magnified area, tap [e]. 187
