LDAP User Mappings Server Information Search Search Conditions Search Conditions IP Address/Host Name : Displays the primary LDAP server name, IP address, Port and port number. LDAP Server Type Displays the LDAP server software you use. Backup IP Address/Host Displays the backup LDAP server name, IP address, Name : Port and port number. Search Directory Root Displays the search root character string. User Name Enter the user name and click Search. Display Name Attribute Choose the field attribute name which is used as a recipient name from the user information registered on the LDAP server and enter it to Display Name Attribute (e.g. "cn"). Up to 32 characters can be entered. Surname Attribute Enter the LDAP attribute type for surnames. Up to 32 characters can be entered. Given Name Attribute Enter the LDAP attribute type for given names. Up to 32 characters can be entered. Email Address Attribute Choose the field attribute name which is used as e-mail information from the user information registered on the LDAP server and enter it to Email Address Attribute (e.g. "mail"). Up to 32 characters can be entered. Home Directory Attribute Enter the Home Directory attribute type. Up to 32 characters can be entered. Home Directory Attribute is the destination to which the scanned data will be transferred. Fax Number Attribute Enter the LDAP attribute type for fax number. Up to 32 characters can be entered. Certificate Attribute Enter the LDAP attribute type for certificates. Up to 32 characters can be entered. LDAP Authentication Authentication Method Common Name Login User Name User ID Select the method for authentication from Direct Authentication and Authentication of User Attributes. Enter the attribute of user name. Up to 32 characters can be entered. This attribute is used to search user name in the LDAP Server. Enter the LDAP attribute for user name typed on the control panel. When users enter the e-mail address, specify "Mail". Enter the attribute of login user name. Up to 32 characters can be entered. As the attribute for authentication, enter one of the login user names registered in the LDAP server. Enter the user name attribute to be used for Smart Card ID search when executing LDAP authentication using the Smart Card. The user name is notified to the remote service as authentication information. Up to 32 characters can be entered. User ID

Smart Card.
