RECIPES BABY BACK RIBS Serves: 4 - 6 35 minutes, MEAT function 2 - 3 pounds baby back ribs cut to fit into pot 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon Coleman's mustard 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 ½ cups chicken broth 8 ounces of your favorite BBQ sauce Mix all the spices together and rub into the ribs. Set the cooker to BROWN setting, brown the ribs on all sides. Insert a cooking rack and place the ribs on the rack. Add the broth and close and lock the lid of the multi-cooker. Using the MEAT setting set the timer for 30 minutes. Turn off the unit and release pressure quickly, uncover. Serve with a little bit of its natural juices mixed with BBQ sauce. 104

BABY BACK RIBS
