RECIPES Steam SALMON WITH LEMON CHIVE SAUCE Serves: 8 minutes, STEAM function A delicate salmon fillet with a creamy and tart sauce - perfect with a side of rice pilaf or a healthy medley of vegetables. 4 salmon fillets (5.5 / 6oz. approximately) Salt Black pepper 1 cup of water Sauce: ¼ cup (50 ml) olive oil 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard In a large bowl, combine the olive oil with the chives, the lemon juice and the mustard and a pinch each of salt and pepper. Add the 1 cup of water to the inner pot. Insert the trivet and then the steamer basket. Pour the sauce over the salmon and place the fillets in the steamer baskets. If fillets are too big, place only two fillets in each basket. Close the lid and turn the knob to steam. Set the timer for 8 minutes with the STEAM function. SALMON WITH LEMON CHIVE SAUCE
