Effects tab (continued) Field % of Normal Size Watermarks group Watermarks First Page Only Edit Watermark Details Current Watermarks New Delete Watermark Message Description Default This control becomes available when Print Document On is clear. Available This field allows you to specify the percentage of 100 normal size that the printer will enlarge or reduce the document on the page. -Or - Move the slider right or left to increase or decrease the percentage of normal size. Normal size refers to the document page size (check the application's page size settings). You can also use the slider bar beneath the field to choose a percentage. This drop-down list displays a list of words or phrases (none) that the printer can then use to print a watermark on the document. The supported options are: ! (none) ! DRAFT ! CONFIDENTIAL ! SAMPLE This control box becomes available when text other Unselected than (none) is shown in the Watermarks drop-down list. Selecting this check box enables the printer to print the specified watermark on only the first page of the document. No watermarks are printed on the second and subsequent pages. Clicking this button opens the Watermark Details N/A screen. This control lists the available watermarks. N/A The watermark that is highlighted in this list box also shows up as alterable text in the Watermark Message control. Clicking this button allows you to create a new N/A watermark by highlighting the (Untitled) option and allowing you to type text for your new watermark. This text then appears in the current watermarks list. To delete the selected watermark from the current N/A watermarks list, click Delete. Allows you to change the text of any highlighted (none) watermark listed in the Current Watermarks list, or type the text for your new watermark. 52 Chapter 5 - Configuration ENWW
