ENWW Finishing tab (continued) Field Description Default Pages per Sheet This drop-down list specifies the number of pages per 1 sheet to be printed on one sheet of paper. The supported selections are: !1 !2 !4 !6 !9 ! 16 Note: This feature is also known as N-up printing. Print Page Borders This control becomes available if Pages per Sheet is Unselected set for more than 1. Selecting this check box prints a border around each page on the sheet. Page Order This control becomes available when Pages per Sheet is set for more than 1. Unselected This drop-down list allows you to select the order and placement of the pages on the sheet. The supported options are: ! Right, then Down ! Down, then Right ! Left, then Down ! Down, then Left Print Quality group Best Quality Selecting this option enables the printer to print a document at its optimal resolution. Selected default for PCL 5e printer driver This option (600 dpi) provides the best print quality. Changing resolution might change the formatting of text documents. 300 dpi Selecting this option specifies that the printer is using Unselected the 300 dpi setting for printing. Use this option if the document was formatted for an earlier model HP LaserJet printer and you are getting unexpected results. Changing resolution might change the formatting of text documents. Custom Clicking this button opens the Print Quality Details Unselected window and allows you to select custom print quality settings. Details Clicking this button opens the Print Quality Details N/A screen. EconoMode (Save Toner) Selecting this check box allows the printer to use less Unselected toner on each page. Selecting this option extends the life of your print cartridges and reduces costs per page. However, using EconoMode also reduces print quality.
