The following information for each fax is displayed in the logs: ● Date and time ● Job number ● Fax number ● Pages ● Result Sort the fax logs by any of these columns by clicking on the appropriate column name. A triangle that designates ascending or descending order appears next to the column heading. To change the order from ascending to descending, or vice versa, click the column heading again. The last sort column and the sort order that you use is saved when you closethe screen. If the fax was received at the computer (rather than at the HP LaserJet all-in-one), that fax entry also has a View option in the Fax Image column. Click View to see the fax in a new window.
