Fax Data Properties Use the Fax Data Properties settings to manage the space used to store faxes on your computer. You can save more faxes if you specify a larger total data size. Figure 5-25 Fax Data Properties screen These settings apply to faxes that have been received to your computer. These settings apply only if you have chosen to receive faxes to your computer. If you select either the Delete fax data files older than check box or the Limit total data storage size to check box, you must type a corresponding value in the Days or MB field, and then click Apply to save the settings. If you do not type a value in the Days or the MB field, an error message appears, stating: Invalid entry. Please enter a valid value. An entry will remain in the fax log even if the stored fax is deleted. When data files are deleted, only the fax data is deleted.
