Printing Instructions for the Infrared Port 1 Make sure the printer is in ready state (Ready [front] light on). 2 Align an IrDA-compliant computer within 3 feet (1 meter) of the IR Port. Ensure that the ports are facing each other with no more than 15 degrees angle to either the left or right. Figure 3-12 3 Printing Tasks IR port alignment 3 Send the print job from the computer.
