Retrieve job menu The RETRIEVE JOB menu allows you to view listings of all stored jobs. Menu item PRINT STORED JOB LIST USER NAME ALL PRIVATE JOBS PRINT COPIES DELETE Description Prints a page that lists all jobs stored on the printer. Each person who has jobs stored on the printer is listed. The number in parentheses indicates how many jobs that person has stored. Each user who has stored jobs is listed by name. Select the appropriate user name to see a list of stored jobs. This message is displayed if a user has stored jobs that require a PIN. When printing a private job, the user is prompted to enter a PIN. The number of copies of the job to be printed. The default is 1.
