Loading Paper into the Letter or A4 Paper Cassette The Letter or A4 Paper Cassette holds 1 approximately 250 sheets of paper. See Table 3-1 and Appendix C for media specifications. Caution To avoid a paper jam, never remove the cassette while printing. If paper curls or skews excessively when printed, take the cassette out and turn the stack of paper over. To load paper into the Paper 2 Cassette: 1 Pull the Letter or A4 Paper Cassette out of the printer and place it on a flat surface. 2 Load paper with the side-to-be-printed up and top of page toward the left side of the cassette. Loading Paper into the Letter or A4
Paper Cassette
The Letter or A4 Paper Cassette holds
approximately 250 sheets of paper. See Table
3-1 and Appendix C for media specifications.
Caution
To avoid a paper jam, never remove the
cassette while printing. If paper curls or
skews excessively when printed, take the
cassette out and turn the stack of paper over.
To load paper into the Paper
Cassette:
1
Pull the Letter or A4 Paper Cassette out
of the printer and place it on a flat surface.
2
Load paper with the side-to-be-printed up
and top of page toward the left side of the
cassette.
