Obtain debug information from HP ToolboxFX Although it is very unlikely, it is possible for HP ToolboxFX to encounter fatal errors, causing it to crash. If this occurs, you are presented with the following dialog: Figure 6-2 HP ToolboxFX - sample error screen - 2 There is nothing that you did to cause this error, and nothing could be done to recover from the internal circumstances that caused the error. The only recourse is to re-boot the computer or re-start HP ToolboxFX from the Program Group. It is possible to obtain information that might be helpful for CPE and R&D engineers and assist in diagnosing the problem. All fatal errors, and some other events, are logged to an error log file. When reporting problems to CPE or R&D, please include this error log. Often, no further debug information is needed for fatal errors other than the error log.
