Removing the Intel® RMM3 To remove Intel® Remote Management Module 3, follow these steps: 1. Remove the PCI riser assembly. For instructions, see "Removing the PCI Riser Assembly" on page 43. 2. Remove the processor air duct. For instructions, see "Removing the Processor Air Duct" on page 48. 3. Remove screws from the back of the chassis (see letter "A" in Figure 57) 4. Removing the Intel
®
RMM3
To remove Intel
®
Remote Management Module 3, follow these steps:
1.
Remove the PCI riser assembly. For instructions, see
“Removing the PCI Riser
Assembly” on page 43
.
2.
Remove the processor air duct. For instructions, see
“Removing the Processor Air
Duct” on page 48
.
3.
Remove screws from the back of the chassis (see letter “A” in
Figure 57
)
4.
Disconnect the Intel
®
RMM3 from the connector on the server board (see letter “B”
in
Figure 57
) and remove the module out of the server system (see letter “C” in
Figure 57
).
