10. Troubleshooting Message "The print job has been cancelled because capture file(s) could not be stored: Exceeded max. memory." "The print job has been cancelled because capture file(s) could not be stored: Exceeded max. number of files." "The print job has been cancelled because capture file(s) could not be stored: Exceeded max. number of pages per file." "The specified folder in Document Server is locked. Cannot store." Causes The hard disk became full after a file was stored. Solutions Delete the files stored in the Document Server or reduce the file size to be sent. The maximum file capacity of the Document Server was exceeded. Delete the files stored in the Document Server. The maximum page capacity of the Document Server was exceeded. Delete some of the files stored in the Document Server or reduce the number of pages that you want to send. The specified folder is locked. Unlock the folder or specify another folder number that can be used. For details about locked folders, see Security Guide . When there is not enough free hard disk space Message "HDD is full." "HDD is full." Causes When printing with the PostScript 3 printer driver, the hard disk capacity for fonts and forms has been exceeded. The hard disk became full while printing a Sample Print, Locked Print, Hold Print, or Stored Print file. Solutions Delete unneeded forms or fonts registered in the machine. Delete unneeded files stored in the machine. Alternatively, reduce the data size of the Sample Print, Locked Print, Hold Print, or Stored Print file. 204
