Power and charging problems Problem While charging, the LED on the travel charger blinks The phone malfunctions or does not function The LED on the travel charger turns to yellow Description & Solution • Disconnect the phone from the travel charger, remove the battery, and then replace it. Try charging again. • If the problem persists, clean the metal contacts on the battery and the phone. • If the actions above do not clear the problem, contact a Samsung service representative. Remove the battery and then replace it. Turn on the phone. Or press the hole on the bottom of the phone to perform a soft reset. If the problem persists, contact a Samsung service representative. The travel charger is overheated. Disconnect the charger from the phone or unplug it from the power outlet. Wait until the charger cools down and then recharge the phone. 205
