Listening to Music Searching for a Music Track You can search for a track from the group list. 1 Press SEARCH. The list of music groups appears. When the "Main P. Mode" is set to "Normal Play" or "Group Play" in Hi-MD mode In other modes 2 Turn the jog dial to select a group, and then press the 5-way control key (/ENT). 3 Turn the jog dial to select the desired track, and then press the 5-way control key (/ENT). Playback starts. To search for a track from the list of CD cover art still images Press SEARCH again in step 1. When "Main P.Mode" is set to "Normal Play" or "Group Play" in Hi-MD mode, the display switches to the index (twelve-image) screen. Viewing Still images While Listening to Music You can play back the recorded still images continuously (slide show) while listening to music. 1 Press and hold SLIDE SHOW for more than 2 seconds while playing music. All the still images that you shot using the player and saved to the disc are played. To change the playback order You can play back the recorded still images in random order. See  page 38 for details. To stop slide show playback Press and hold SLIDE SHOW for more than 2 seconds. Notes • The display remains on during a slide show; therefore the music playing time is significantly reduced. • The music playback is paused temporarily when starting or ending the slide show. • All still images in the disc that you shot using the player are displayed. You cannot select the folder and the still images to play. • When "Slide Show" ( page 38) is set to "Normal Play," still images appear in the display from the side. When "Slide Show" is set to "Shuffle Play," still images appear in the display from random directions. • An image is displayed for about 3 seconds. The length of display cannot be changed. • The slide show will not stop even after all the still images have been displayed. To stop the slide show, press and hold SLIDE SHOW for more than 2 seconds. • You cannot go backwards or forward music tracks during a slide show. • The image displayed in the slide show is rougher than the original image. 23

music.
All the still images that you shot using the

Notes
