165 Exploring Your Options Using QosmioPlayer The remote control has the following buttons/functions: Power - Turns the computer on and starts Windows if the computer is off or in Hibernation mode. If the computer is running Windows or QosmioPlayer, pressing Power turns off the computer. TV - Starts QosmioPlayer in TV mode. Media - Starts QosmioPlayer in CD/DVD mode. Input - Switches among the inputs to the TV tuner: S-video, Composite In, and Antenna In. Full Screen - Enlarges the displayed image to fill the entire screen. Brightness - Brightens (move toward sun icon) or darkens the screen. Numbers - Changes channels (TV mode) or media selections (CD/DVD mode). Arrows - Moves the cursor to navigate within QosmioPlayer windows. Select - Selects on-screen options. OK - Selects the desired action or window option. It acts like the Enter key. If watching TV in full-screen mode, pressing OK switches back to the previously viewed channel. Press again to toggle back. It acts the same way as a Jump button on some TV remote controls. Set Up - Displays or hides the Setup menu. Back - Changes the setup selection back to the previous choice. DVD Menu - Displays the DVD menu. Channel Selector - Lets you scroll forward (up arrow) or backward (down arrow) through channels. Volume Control - Increases (up arrow) or decreases (down arrow) the volume.
