The Keyboard
Windows special keys
The keyboard provides two keys that have special functions in Windows
®
XP. One activates the Start menu and the other has the same function as
the secondary mouse button.
This key activates the Windows
®
XP Start menu.
This key has the same function as the secondary mouse button.
Fn + F6
Turns the monitor brightness down.
Fn + F7
Turns the monitor brightness up.
Fn + F8
Wireless Device Controls
Pressing this hot key
allows you to switch between active wireless
devices. Only works if the wireless switch has
already been turned on.
Fn + F9

Fn + Space
Change Resolution
