96 Learning the Basics Using a compact disc drive If the disc is dusty, clean it as described in "Problems with the CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive" on page 212. 6 Place the disc carefully in the disc tray, label side up. CAUTION: Handle DVDs and CDs carefully, making contact only with the center hole and edge. Don't touch the surface of the disc. Don't stack discs.
