Listening to music from a Bluetooth device (Receiving) 1 Press the key on the remote control. Bluetooth is selected as an input source, and "BLUETOOTH" is shown in the front panel display. The indicator in the front panel display flashes while the unit and Bluetooth device are being connected, and glows steadily when the connection is established. BLUETOOTH • If a Bluetooth device has been connected before, the unit will connect to the last connected device when the key is pressed. Terminate this connection to connect a new device. • If you are unable to select Bluetooth as an input source, be sure that "Transmission" in the setup menu is set to "Off" (p. 82) 2 Turn on the Bluetooth function on the Bluetooth device. The operation varies depending on the device. Refer to documentation supplied with the device. 3 Select "YSP-5600" in the Bluetooth device list on the device. If a passkey (PIN) is required, enter the number "0000". YSP-5600 PIN 0 0 0 0 123 456 789 0 Flashes while processing a connection Glows when the connection is established "Connect" is shown in the front panel display. The indicator or a completion message is displayed on the Bluetooth device. 4 Play back a song on the Bluetooth device. • With some Bluetooth devices, this unit must be specified as the destination for audio output. • Setting "Network Standby" in the setup menu to "On" allows the unit to be turned on and off with Bluetooth device operations (p. 81).
