After each problem description, some instructions are provided to help you to diagnose and to solve the problem. 15.1 Problems Starting Up the Prestige Problem Table 15-1 Troubleshooting the Start-Up of your Prestige Corrective Action None of the LEDs are on when you power on the Prestige Cannot access the Prestige via the console port. Check the connection between the AC adapter and the Prestige. If the error persists, you may have a hardware problem. In this case you should contact technical support. 1.Check to see if the Prestige is connected to your computer's serial port. 2. Check to see if the communications program is configured correctly. The communications software should be configured as follows: VT100 terminal emulation 9600 bps No parity, 8 Data bits, 1 Stop bit. Troubleshooting 15-1

15.1 Problems Starting Up the Prestige
