Control Panel LEDs The LEDs are lights which show the printer status. Data LED (Yellow) LED indication On Blinking Off Meaning Data is in the printer memory. Receiving or processing data. No remaining data in the memory. 4 4 Direct Print LED (Blue) LED indication On Off Meaning USB flash memory or PictBridge digital camera is inserted into the USB direct interface. USB flash memory or PictBridge digital camera is not inserted into the USB direct interface. LCD 4 The LCD shows the current printer status. When you use the control panel keys, the LCD will change. If there are any problems, the LCD will show the error message, maintenance message or call service message so you will know that you need to take action.
