CHECK 2 An Error Message Appears AN ERROR DISPLAYED IN ANY SCREENS OTHER THAN THE BJ STATUS MONITOR? One of the following messages may be displayed. Could not spool successfully due to insufficient disk space Delete any unneeded ﬁles to make more disk space available. Checking the Printing Environment Could not spool successfully due to insufficient memory Quit any other application programs you are running in the background. Checking the Printing Environment Printer driver could not be found Uninstall the printer driver and reinstall it. Background printing failed Restart Windows and try again. Could not print [application name]-[file name] Try printing again after the current job is ﬁnished. Troubleshooting 218
