Installing the Scanner Cartridge 6 Close the cartridge cover. 7 Press the CARTRIDGE button. The scanner cartridge moves to the home position. Removing the Scanner Cartridge Follow this procedure to remove the scanner cartridge and install the BJ cartridge when you are finished scanning. 1 Make sure that the printer is turned on and then press the CARTRIDGE button to move the cartridge holder to the center of the printer.
