Recommended Action The following steps apply to error codes 3301-xx through 3305-xx and 6600-xx through 6623-xx: 1. Replace the CD media and retest. 2. Check the jumper settings on the DVD-ROM or the CD-ROM drive. 3. Check that the speaker is connected. 4. Check and/or replace the power and signal cables and retest. 5. Replace the DVD-ROM or the CD-ROM drive and retest.
